Default weapon modifier effect and chance

Hi, I looked a bit arround here (but on other gw fan site) but did not find the confirmation to my questions:

I have a bow grip of +1 marksmanship, 10% chance

will it allow it's bow to get a normal shoot with it's base marksmanship +1 (arround one time on ten). Or will it allow to get marksmanship dependent skill the +1 bonus? or I'm way off?

finally, what are the max damage/percentage you have seen?

If you salvage a sword +10%dmg 10%chance into a grip, will it be exactly the same effect when you use it on another sword?

where can i find a compendium of weapons modifiers? (on gw-online )

sometime I see health +20. Is health linked to HP regeneration ?

Could someone please explain to me what exactly the requirements on weapons mean. I'm a monk and very rarely i find wans or staffs with my attribute requirements. At the moment i'm using a bone staff, i don't really care about the damage but just want the extra energy. Anyway this staff says requirements 8 Dark magic or something like that not too sure but i know i don't meet the requirements. However I have 8 more energy on my toolbar and it does pretty much the damage it states so am content with it yet i get asked why you use that if you are a monk. Yesterday i came across i think it was an icon that had 9 energy and required 8 either healing prayers or Protection prayers either way i did meet the requirements so i thought ok 1 extra energy and i meet the requirements so that can only be a good thing. I equip the icon and my energy reads 36.... i'm like what the hell so apparently my staff that i don't meet the requirements with that gives me 38 energy is better than a 9 energy icon that i do meet the requirements with. So can someone please explain to me what difference requirements make except from what seems to be if you do meet them you don't get what the stats say.

please refrain from bumping posts. it especially annoys me when it has been less than a day, not to mention an hour..

anyhow, from my understanding, the main effect of a +attribute bonus on the weapon is that you have a chance to gain that bonus when using a skill. only skills tied to that attribute will be directly affected. generally, the +attribute bonus is the same attribute associated with the weapon so i would guess that the bonus would apply to your maximum base damage as well.

upgrade components keep the same % chance. i have seen them range from 5-20% on assorted mods.

+health has nothing to do with regeneration. items that have +health work the same way as skills that have it. it adds a certain amount to your maximum health. however, if you had taken 20 damage and unequip the +20health item, you will still be 20 below max. it only really is in effect when you lose your normal health pool.

as for requirements, from my understanding, you must meet the requirements on the item or else it will only yield starter equipment values. for some reason, i do not think your observations are entirely correct regarding your energy pool.
